About

I am a postdoctoral fellow at the Oskar Klein Centre for Cosmoparticle Physics, Stockholm University since January 2023. Previously, I was a doctoral research associate at DESY Hamburg and completed my PhD from the University of Hamburg (2019-2022). Before that, I was a master student for a year at the Institute for Cosmos Sciences, University of Barcelona. In addition, I have several years of professional experience in scientific publishing and teaching Physics at the university level.

Research

The area of my research focuses on astrophysics, particle physics and cosmology.

More specifically, I am interested in high-energy gamma-ray emissions from astrophysical objects such as blazars and AGNs and I use them to probe the cosmic voids and intergalactic magnetic field. I also study astrophysical plasmas and their interaction with relativistic jets in the context of TeV blazars ans well as laboratory astrophysics experiments. In addition, I construct astrophysical and laboratory-based search strategies of dark matter.
